    Is it really zero? I’m not so sure. I’m glad it’s going up and got the funding and I think it’s exactly what the govt should be doing but big holders have been burned badly in this and I fear they will cap any decent bounces and hold it hostage to a CR capping it around 70c and looking for a 15% discount when it should be at $1
