Those with conviction (eg. Grosser) would be snapping up what's being dumped.
Just to play the other side of the coin; maybe they've failed in finding something just like they've failed everything else in recent history. But again, a few committed holders are positioned to make gains worthy of writing home about. Because of this I tend to lean the other way.
It's a tough decision to keep capital tied up in this, one which many will rationally decide against, but not me.
