I'm not sure I am with you Benson.
The Decmil matter is a case where SXE is challenging an adjudication finding which can only benefit SXE, should we win.
The announcement of early June 2020 states "The Adjudicator found Decmil is required to pay to SCEE $152,657.56 excluding GST and interest. The amount claimed by SCEE was $11,062,280.72 excluding GST."
So, should we win or partly win, that amount will reflect as additional profitability. The last announcement on this matter stated it should be resolved by the end of this year.
There is a glimmer of hope for us as this is what was stated in Decmils 1HFY22 results
"The Company has booked a $3.4 million provision regarding an ongoing legal dispute, which is reflected in Decmil’s EBITDA and net loss after tax results. Decmil remains confident in its legal position and the provision has been implemented to remove any reasonable financial uncertainty regarding the dispute on the Company’s accounts in future reporting periods"
