I believe this chart is simply incorrect counting and double counting on somebody's part.

If you add up F & C Bart's holdings they come to 5,722,102. That has been so for quite some time, probably since the last time he converted personal loans to shares.

I imagine there is another smaller parcel of this size somewhere below this on the list. Then there are his children, Nicole & James who are shown to hold their own individual shares, and presumably are also related to the entity named first on the list (N & J Bart). I would assume that is still listed under Fred's name.

If you look back on the capital movements of the company over the years there seems to be nothing unusual. Many of these holders have been involved since the company got going. Didn't they have great foresight!

Of course with data this wrong I would not be trusting any of the conclusions they come to.
