Either:

- they are in a black out period for director share purchases pending a significant announcement or
- they do not wish to purchase further equity in the company.

I find the latter less likely as it would be a deterrent for the pending cap raising.
I wonder also whether a cornerstone shareholder is coming in - just the language and heads up around the cap raise and the temporary funding all is a bit out of character.

At the AGM he said something along the lines of raising at the right price from the right people. Suggests to me they know where they want the money to come from, perhaps that money is subject to the demo.
