'Mr Market' is a grumpy old gent using a walking stick. He focuses on himself, and constantly mutters about his (to use the modern term) 'health issues'.
This crusty individual immediately discounts shares on any skerrick of bad news, but if there's good news, he takes a while to appreciate it and act accordingly (and sometimes deigns not to inject any positivity at all).
