Ask yourself:

1, Was this company impacted by outlier events not in control of current management following the float - COVID, semiconductor and supply chain constraints, inflation......Has capital allocation and bottom-line spend been managed well since?
2. Have these outlier events impacted the brand, wheel quality, or expanding OEM program response? Has it potentially strengthened partnerships moving forward?
3. Does the CR product attach itself to the overarching EV vehicle trend?
4. Is this company founder led?... and driven by a team rewarded by its additional and continued success and growth?
5. Is the current Book Value per share $0.60 and NTA per share $0.38? Is I write the current market cap is $43m
6. Will additional funding be successfully sourced and what level of dilution will occur, and how I am I buffered by the current value of the company, the quality of the product, the growing partner OEM's, the completion of the mega-line, and the expected production numbers from growing programs in 2024,2025,2026.....
7. Do you expect the company to fold...I don't. Keep your powder dry lads.
