Don't quite understand this announcement. This part: "has agreed to extend the supply of the Connexion Platform" - does this mean GM has purchased subscriptions of this software for all its dealerships, or is it merely making it available for its dealerships to purchase if they choose to?

Say that GM dealerships subscribe to the Connexion Platform. What happens to their existing OnTrac subscription? Surely they aren't going to subscribe to two Courtesy Transportation Program management software? Or does Connexion Platformreplacethe original OnTrac software for managing their loan vehicles - in which case, isn't there a materiallossof subscription income as well, as dealerships no longer pay for a subscription to original OnTrac?
