Good post Hoofa. Here's a thought experiment for you... what would it take CXZ to hit 5c?

CXZ has 940m fully diluted shares on issue. Thus, 5c is a market cap of A$47 million. We also know that CXZ is now at an ARR of A$9.3m. That's an ARR multiple of 5x. If they can unlock growth potential both within GM (which they are already doing) and outside of GM, 5x ARR might be possible, particularly if the macroeconomic environment stabilises.

CXZ is only capturing around 1% of total GM dealership software spending so far. There's plenty of growth within GM to upsell and continue to build out new value-adding features. For as long as CXZ can do top-line growth north of 20% p.a., it makes sense to hold my capital here long-term because I'm not going to beat that return anywhere else.
