Yeah they should have hired someone to audit the accounts and report what was happening! Like a financial officer, no, a CHIEF financial officer, who looks at all the accounts, the ins and outs, you know, and then reports back to the board.
If only they had hired a Chief Financial Officer, this never would have happened!!!
