And please rest assured, while Rothbard's level of interest/activity in things such as hotcopper may wax and wane, if history is any guide his interest in the financial markets in general and in quality companies such as Saferoads in particular, will remain steady and strong, through thick and thin.

I agree with all your thoughts on Saferoads. The uncertainty on the penalty front is probably weighing down the share price, which probably means it's not a bad time to be acquiring some. Because, as you say, looking ahead past that uncertainty, the outlook becomes a whole lot rosier.
