They don’t normally issue a quarterly, just a half yearly. The update seems harmless enough, the revenue number seems ok. And yet the bidders have shied off and the sellers seem a bit more desperate to offload. Maybe I’m missing something between the lines?
Bit surprised the highly regarded Peter Fearns has gone again. He was poached a few years ago (by Tesserent I think?) and then quite promptly made a spectacular comeback to SRH. But now he’s off again. Anyway, the new CFO seems fine. I’m not quite sure what’s scared the horses in this update.
