Oh! Silly me! I had assumed it was a new update issued today, but today was just the date of matelazlo’s comment. I did think “not much here we haven’t read before” as I was reading it…no wonder! Silly dog. Anyway, it’s still true that the recent buying enthusiasm and seller hesitancy has dried up…for no reason at all, it seems. Sorry everyone for my confusion. Haven’t been quite the same since Rothbard wandered off for so long.
