Okay, good the bank have removed some doubt, but realistically, what choice did they have other than kick the can down the road and wait for more badly and hastily purchased stock schlock get minced into cash via further price write downs. I wonder how much bank pressure weighed on the decision to hasten stock sales to get it to circa $100m.
