It actually leads to more questions about the integrity of management.
As far as I recall, at no time has Oliver's said they would be vacating the existing Northbound standalone building and moving into the old Macca's/F1 building. How is the fitout and move being paid/funded for? They did say the Southbound store would have a dress-up to make it look more modern. Keeping in line with the facelift done at north 4 or 5 years ago.
One of the big points of N/S Wyong, Gundagai, Coffs Harbour, Port Mac, Bulahdelah was they were standalone, with there own facilities, just made thema little more peaceful and relaxing after a long drive.
As for the PN stores being delayed, they have known about this for some time, why wait till the last minute to tell us?
