I agree [probably a first]. As an 'innocent bystander' the Announcement reads to me like NRZ are prepping the Market for the possibility of the LCK Project falling over entirely.
Seems to me that Stage 1 should have been waved through by now by DCCEEW but has struck a landmine on the way. There are only nine possibilities and the most likely is water. That letter from Ashurst Lawyers, Sydney in the Attachments to NRZ's submission wasn't at all inspiring, particularly with information redacted from the body of the letter. I've never seen that before in an Application.
