So you're saying that the above Announcement reads like NRZ is signalling to DCCEEW that there's nothing much going on with Stage 2, it's separate, and that all the work Daelim [the 'turnkey EPCC contractor'] has been undertaking for the last year or more is just about fine tuning the BFS?
Sounds plausible. I guess it could be read that way.
But then you'd have to wonder what KBR and Stamicarbon and Merichem have been doing? And what would be the point of renting all those buildings from the SA Govt out at the mine site? They wouldn't be needed just for Stage 1.
