As a good habit every time you feel sad or pressured to sell a stock due to a price drop on no news, just re-visit your investment thesis for that stock and/or the annual reports instead. Then make a calm and rational decision to whether hold or sell based on those, do not act on the negative emotions. Hope it helps. GLTAH.
