I see Eric de Mori is now the no 2 shareholder at 27m (Glamour), and Dave Chapman listed (AReport) 1.5m heads. I can't see a correlation of shareholding in the T20 for Paul Cronin (reported 9.4m) but they all feature in the options.

Paul Cronin (TAR non Exec Dr) was also CEO of ADT reported as 2017 (with de Mori and Chapman then?)

TAR0.025 18/2/24 options (26.25m) Glamour (de Mori) 30.18% and Talltree (Steinepries) 25.71%

TAR 0.065 24/12 options (18m) Cronin 27.78%, Steinepries 27.78% and de Mori 27.78%

There is also a Paul Chapman associated with DRE ... any relation to Dave Chapman?

So it seems there's a group of (successful) close associate executives working away here on TAR. And now Speakman pops up, John Bond gets a few more, Dong Chen (?) and this (Frank?) Botica guy from OM Holdings in Singapore (?) also have a foothold.

And the directors benefit from 2.5c options Feb '24 and 6.5c options Dec '24.
