In my case, the inverse applied. I did voice my unhappiness to the board regarding a raise, then they went back and did exactly the same next time, raising via a " meat grinder " outfit. I can only hope that lessons have been learnt and should they need to raise again, they can find a more supportive advisory, or, try and source funds from larger holders, avoiding the 6% clip of the ticket.
However, it would be a tough call to raise at the present low point, exasperated by a lousy market and possibly the remnants of the last raise, with desperate sellers hunting any liquidity available. I suspect a few more sellers awaiting .004 bid, as I noticed in my own bid. While the screen looks bad it's no different across the microcap scene...there are lemmings out there determined to jump off the edge.
SIS at the moment presents itself as a cheap, revenue earning microcap, despite looking like a binary trade, so....
* fortune favours the brave
* good money after bad
Tough choice!!
