from an announcement dated 31 July 2023:
"...The parts for the ceramic disk filter have now been delivered and installed, resulting in animmediate improvement in the production rate, providing the company significantcomfort that the target production rate will be achieved. The new magnetic separatorsare now on site and are planned to be installed in the next few weeks..."

but from today's:
"... Elmore has successfully completed a multi-million dollar plantupgrade to its high-grade magnetite circuit at the Elmore ownedPeko Iron Ore Project (“Peko Project”) in Tennant Creek, NorthernTerritory. After a three-week maintenance shutdown period, the Peko Projectmagnetite circuit restarted in December 2023 and has successfullyramped up to produce magnetite at the daily rates..." and, to be complete:
"...The multi-million dollar Peko Project upgrade included the installation of two new andlarger magnetic separators, new pumps, tanks and piping, replacement ceramicdiscs and modification to a feed bin..."

You could be forgiven for concluding that those 2 projects achievements are indeed 1 and the same. The challenge of course is to work out which, if any, is real. I do recall David's personality often confused achievements ahead of ambitions. Maybe the first was crap. Or maybe the first was correct but they actually never started to equipment until December 2023

Today's announcement boasts about concluding :

"... The A$1.5m placement that was announced to the ASX on 22 June2023 has completed. All resolutions put to Elmore shareholders at theAnnual General Meeting were passed as announced to the ASX on16 January 2024. This marks the successful completion of theCompany’s recapitalisation..."

My maths said that the recapitalisation was a little more than A$1.5m. Maybe closer to a A$20m capital injection in any number of forms. Does that salient difference render this announcement materially incorrect? Or misleading maybe?

It's a circus and yes, I think ELE script really does need to be put behind us in the smallest room in the house
