Allequipment needed for the next stage (soluble cobalt recovery) is now ready to move. Siteworks have been suspended as the Company waits for access roads to recover from theimpact of Tropical Cyclone Ellie. The Company expects the works to recommence inFebruary..."
22/06/2023 : let the excitement begin "...The adverse effects of the wet season impacted roads in the Northern Territory that have now been repaired, meaning that funding has been the only constraint to the relocation of the Soluble Metals Circuit from Browns Range to Peko. • The Company is targeting commencement of the relocation and installation of the circuit to commence in H2 2023, with first production of copper and cobalt targeted for Q1 CY2024..."
23/10/2023 : At least the engineering company got paid" ...Approximately A$1.8 million will be used to repay a seniorsecured debt equipment finance owed to Polaris Investments Pty Ltd, so that the securitycan be released in order to facilitate the granting of new security for the second drawdownof the Pre-Payment ..." Odd that the debt exists but the plant is seemingly not even on site.... I note also that Polaris is still owed per the Prospectus...yet another twist
today's announcement re Copper, Cobalt and Gold : " ... ...". Zot
The only verifiable claim is the adverse effects of the wet season impacted roads in the Northern Territory. Punters like me have every reason to doubt every other comment or undertaking: Have they acquired any plant? Did they engage Polaris? Has Polaris done anything to deserve a payment which it may or may not have been entitled to? If it exists, where is the plant? What were the results of the supposed laboratory test? Did they even construct laboratory test?
surely there has to be a role within the ASX to at least discourage rubbish, maybe Chief BS Eradication Officer? Even the ASX must be questioning worth being in anyway associated with ELE is at all good for business, surely?
