The ex CEO Saker destroyed the company by deciding to take the company on an international ride so he could live a lifestyle funded by shareholders in NYC with trips to his offices in major cities around the world . Perth was just too small for this cowboy , he wanted an international rodeo tour of the big cities .
His remuneration was just totally out of whack with the performance of this company as is the majority
of remuneration.
They need to close all their offices and go back to a single office or maybe two and lose 90% of their ridiculous overheads .
