I know I have said it before, and many do not like the idea, but I feel the best outcome for holders maybe that SH try and appoint an administrator.

The current BOD are not independent by any means. It has now become an arse covering exercise so they do not get blamed for their WALK AWAY decision. So they now VIGOROUSLY FIGHT with SHAREHOLDERS MONEY to protect THEIR arseholes.

Yes more costly, but it is independent.
