Wasn't the SP about $1.05 a the time?
The % allocated to Leo was 59.9% of the cost of the pre demerger SP.

But anyways I sure as hell don't know if that is even the relevant to figuring out Firefinch's cost base...

Did they pay CGT on the the shares they sold at 45.5 cents? That ought to tell us what the CGT implication is. Unfortunately we haven't had any yearly fin reports that might show us I don't think. There was nothing in subsequent quarterly to indicate.

The ann on the sale noted $13, 013,000.00 would have been gross - and they claim net was !12.9 million. No CGT mentioned there.

As I said fooked if I know....

Go and research the capital distribution moved off the balance sheet FY Ending Dec 2022 and then divide by total new shares in LLL issued before the SPP. That will be FFX avg.

I cant be bothered but it is certainly lower than 50c a share.

The detail you are posting is the Retail holders proportional split.
