I'd agree were I not fearful of how an administrator might bend over and take it up the jacksie from the arbitration process. To that end I'd rather have that process fought out by people with actual skin in the game than a do-gooder lawyer.
I'd almost rather have BB back (as shockingly incompetent he appears on his track record) than an administrator atm. He's got more to lose here than anyone, no?
