It was rejected by shareholders.
Did anyone here honestly believe we would come in and start making decisions without GOOD advice. Professional advice that was independent of prior decisions?
Gilbert & Tobin and PWC are just as much intertwined here as the BOD. It is ARSE COVER CENTRAL.
I dodged a bullet with this. A T20 shareholder with Mali exposure told me last year that the shit has not even started to hit the fan yet, and I should reconsider standing as a Director.
