How do we get this going then?
This is ridiculous. They need to explain in more detail why a return of assets could take as long as they've indicated.
Any other levers we can pull? Complain to organisations they may be members of which could put at risk their membership? Create some more reputational risk heat for them. I don't know just 'thinking outside the box'.
