Yezee , yes they may find a way to fill this cap raise. The rafts of shares they issue us perplezing. The way they keep this company going is a horror story.
All they have announced so far is $255,000.
It is a very high risk investment for individual shareholders , considering the way they have burnt them with consolidations previously.
It is a disgrace the way they are issuing shares to related parties , without any detailed explanation for what it's for .
Yesterday in the news ASIC has been heavily criticized for it's lack of acion , apparently there is a report in the Senate that is available.
The lack of transparency of the financial companies associated with this company is concerning.
Very hard to see how retail investors have benifited from any investment in CLZ . So far it's been a dead-set loss. I'll just sit back and watch this shite-show.
