Remember that CLZ have already tried to tokenise gold in the ground and were shut down by Australian Authorities. So obviously it is not legal in Australia to tokenise something which doesnt exist. Gold only exists after its discovered then its mined and seperated and then refined. All of these steps are expensive and that is why Gold is the price it is as well as its rarity.
So now the attempt to tokenise CLZ`s forward production is being done offshore via AU Resources .
Who in their right mind would invest in something that doesnt exist ? AU Resources may well end up owning a very low grade mine which others have already walked away from.
