Always could put a stool in front of the fridge to stand on for people who are short , have to be a hard stool though .
most of the commerical fridges have the drinks come down by gravity to the front , maybe the lass was not pushing the drinks up from the front and was doing it the hard way which means reaching to the back , so basic training could have been the issue
