I am happy with the success of KOG's drilling but having directors do their reserve estimates when they've stated a third party would do them is certainly suss!?! Surely thats a conflict of interest? Directors picking the amount of shares they believe they deserve...and giving it to themselves for free? Pongs more than the proverbial french street walker.

Elguido the only reason the company sucessfully listed is because shareholders put their hard earned in at 20c. The rest of us had to pay that so perhaps that is why you are not so worried. Claiming the company is a sucess is a misnomer, perhaps these 18,000,000 free shares should have only been issued if the company was trading over 20c, i.e. if it was an actual sucess; considered one by the market; and felt by shareholders as though it was actually worth the initial investment - the one they seem to have done cold.
