They will have to relax them at some point or no casino will exist. You think Blackstone is going to just let the government take all their money? It's not a question of if they relax the regulations just a question of when. We just need to survive until that time comes. They will be more amenable to all this after say 4 or 5 years have passed from the first inquiry and everyone is compliant but unable to make money. The question is can Star get its NSW licence back and get the financing needed to survive until that time.
