Agreed Dentie. This shocking backflip in handing back what we were told was a growth opportunity for AN1 shows the pathetic incompetence of the AN1 and HNG boards and inability to run a business and discharge their core functions responsibilities to act in the interests of shareholders.
The update is shameful and absent of adequate information about the questionable deal and what comes next.
ASIC and the ASX should investigate the Beard Fiefdom and the cosy clique should disclose why they’d say trading while insolvent has not occurred and appoint a liquidator independent of vested interests.
