    Your suggestion is too logical and therefore wouldn’t work in a scenario where the idea is to bamboozle any future investors into parting with their hard earned cash.
    I suspect that they would have to pay back the first tranche to AuResources so that AuResources can pay back all the morons that bought a token. Then they will give CLZ more cash in the second tranche from all the morons that bought more tokens for the second tranche and so on and so forth but I’m only guessing. The reality, if this deal ever eventuates, is that they will probably pay back any funds they receive by issuing more shares rather than producing anything that comes out of the ground, as they have done for many years.
    The irony is that if they had wanted to use all the previous funding for the purpose it was intended they would already be a producer and wouldn’t need some facility that I believe will never eventuate.
    Do you trust them to use this money wisely if it does happen?
