For some reason I got a bit nervous at this point, reading your post! But then I saw it was a comma after 'next few years', not a fullstop.
You and vestro are far more across this company than I am, but the entire set up looks promising to me too. Having an excellent board of directors is invaluable, and I take heart from everything you say about them.
