Apologies ASXise, I got my wires crossed. You are correct, the placement was conducted at $1.05 being a 2.8% discount to then closing price of $1.08.

Without seeing the code, it looks like this could be a cross trade between funds. Perennial has a micro cap and small companies fund so they may be sharing the love around - but i’m just speculating. If no new substantial holding notice appears next week then there’s a decent chance that’s the case. Time will tell.
