- more cash in bank
- shares more likely to be sticky as raised direct with company (relative to shares raised by broker)
- no broker fees for raise as was direct
- no discount, price slight premium
keep in mind. management said last month they would raise up to $5mil thru broker, but only ended up taking circa $3mil. so this 500k plus the other 300k the other week means the total recent raise has been c. $3.8mil. good sign being able to raise cash in this average market
