Re new CEO
I live in Bendigo.
I don’t know Marnie Baker.
But I note the board did an extensive search for a new CEO
So they did have other people outside the Bendigo Bank to consider for the job.
Outgoing CEO mike Hirst also commented.
Marnie Baker got the job.......not on any gender consideration.
She got it because she was the best person for the job.
I do know a number of employees and former retired employees of the bank.
And to a person, from working with her, they all agree.
She was the person for the job.
