Well MMA opens at 30c. RDM market cap at 10c is $24M.
MMA shares worth $22.5M
RDM cash $2M
RDM EV -$500K
At 10c you get all of RDM's prospects for nothing. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to the conclusion that RDM is an outright buy. Also need to add a takeover premium because any entity wanting MMA needs to take out RDM with its 50% holding in MMA.
