    RE: Maroochydore buy-back rights, dug around to find more detail about it. See below for extract from the announcement back when it was acquired. In short, buy back costs = 150% of exploration expenditure incurred (50% contribution x3).

    Interesting to note that in the fine print, the exploration expenditure is considered to be the expenditure during the period it was held as a sole risk area. I don't know the history of when these buy-back rights was established and at what point it was set up during the exploration, but I assume that if it goes back far enough, it sounds like it could also include exploration expenditure incurred prior to CYM acquiring these tenements. Although, if that's the case, it's anyone's guess what that figure would be.
