Tell me, as you appear to suggest you both are fundamental analysis gurus, what does the chart below suggest? Particularly on volume as this seems to be the only metric that is important to your conspiracy. Apart from the In-specie transfer of 34 or so million shares on 14 October (presume that registered) the volumes are unremarkable but do show a relatively tightly held share registry. Typical volumes 1.2-1.5 m, spikes on news especially like the bad news on program in early Dec.

You can also clearly see the trickle of shares from after the CR. Like it or not this is still the overhang and is not being helped by lack of positive news on the Restart Study.
