    it could be done as part of forward purchases of helium and therefore not diluting actual share of project nor the existing shareholding..

    the CEO is holding a big chunk of NHE, so it's in his interests to get best possible deal..

    there were mentions before about external parties already asking about the companies helium, even before it has been discovered.. soo..
