Renergen RLT: Helium of average about 3% mixed with about 90% methane Methane can be harnessed to provide power for production noting plenty of energy needed to liquify helium and also sold as LNG US65m pilot plant already in production of LNG ramping up in Q4 and liquid helium expected from Oct US1.1b approx capex for Phase 2..US750m debt secured and Nasdaq listing expected soon to raise a further US150m. Phase 2 expected to be operational from late 2026 Half the revenues expected from LNG and half from liquid helium 50% liquid helium on long-term offtakes to Messer, Linde etc.. at about US450/mcf. 50% to be sold to the spot market which can be US1000/mcf + as Renergen plan to have a helium hub in Texas and acquire 50 liquid helium iso containers. Main risk today is execution - finalising the nasdaq ipo etc.. and starting construction of Phase 2 to put out aud500m/yr in ebitda from 2026 per Mar 2023 guidance in an asx release. Also getting there with minimal dilution with 145m shares today approx.. If they get there with about 250m shares on issue and aud500m/yr in ebitda they will have done well and have decent dividend potential in a few years versus the current AUD1.50 approx share price..
