Looks to me like CYL could swoop in and take over some of/or all NWM projects by the look of their REE announcement and today's SP decline...
They have an open pit called the Bulgera Gold Project that adjoins the VAN projects with 200,130 ounces at 1.22g/t...
This Resource could well open up further to high grade gold if drilled deeper and introducing a larger exploration program, including across their very large Marmia East Project land holdings...
It certainly seems that they know who CYL is when you take a look at Page 21 of their recent QAR;
