ICI was trading well into the 20c and got to 22.5c, so some people are now looking at this with a big loss on their hands. just about every time you see a cap raise done with a good discount the market almost always retraces back to this point or below, i think management thought the 1 million update would send it well back over 20c and get their options into play, but no we are now stuck at the raising amount of 14c, if we don't get any more updates pre-Christmas we will continue to slide.
