Now everything is fast tracked like coronavirus vaccine. Approvals no problems.When the SP breaks 50c we would start worry about would be problems.Lousy 3.7c.now . A good friend of mine who saw many springs told me HLX used to be over $3.I hope hLX would be next SFR.
