Yes Sir, It is the same company from all those years ago.
There is much Knowledge , Many Systems , and a wealth of experience for them to draw on free of charge if indeed they do continue with successful drilling programs into the future.
I doubt a company with as much experience as HLX would be wasting their time drilling holes , having cap raises etc if they did not think there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
Only time will tell I guess.
