Based on the above table, BCM has to move 4 - 5 times the amount of ground as MEI to recover the equivalent REE/TREO.
BCM economics will never match MEI, it's costing 4 - 5 times more in processing.
That's the real reason MEI has a bigger MC.
If BCM can strike some higher grades then it might bridge some of the gap, but without a sizeable resource above 2,000ppm it's never going to be even close to MEI MC.
