As mentioned above, the last few announcements haven't had the impact on SP that was anticipated. It can be noted that these were announced on red days for the market - but also that they were a bit unclear/had split focus.
Everyone is assuming that no news = bad news as usually the Fox jumps to share when they strike good news, but wouldn't it be good news that they are trying to get the announcement right this time around?
